Ingredients
- 5 lbs Squid (Tubes & Tents)
- 5 Cups Dry white wine
- 5 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Olive oil
- 2 Cups Italian Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- ½ Cup Chopped garlic, Fine
- 3 Tsp. Hot Sauce (Tabasco)
- ¼ Cup Fresh Basil
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 2 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Green Bell Pepper
- 3 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Optional 2 cucumbers, sliced
Directions
Poach squid in wine & water over medium heat until rings turn opaque in color. Do Not overcook. Drain and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine Calamari and remaining ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
