Ingredients
- 2 lbs peeled Shrimp (chicken or steak cubes may be substituted)
- 4 Tomatoes 1/
- 1 small box of Whole Mushrooms
- 2 Bell Peppers cubed
- 1 can or 1 fresh cubed Pineapple
Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze
- 1/4 cup Salad Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Thread ingredients on skewers, glazed and baste while cooking.
