Ingredients

• 1 jar Captain Rodney’s Caribbean Salsa
• 1 16-oz can of Refried Beans
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 16-oz Sour Cream
• 1-2/3 cups Mayonnaise
• 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
• 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
• Corn Chips

Directions

Cover bottom of rectangular baking dish with refried beans. You may need to thin them with a little water. Brown hamburger meat and add taco seasoning, as if you were making tacos. Spread browned, seasoned meat over beans. Top with sour cream/mayonnaise mix, then cheese, then salsa. Repeat layering, and serve with chips. Guacamole dip may be added or layers of fresh lettuce, to taste.
