Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Mayo
• 1 8-oz Cream Cheese
• 2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar
• 2 Green Onions (chopped)
• 6 Butter Crackers (crushed)
• 8 Slices Bacon
• 1/2 cup Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze

Directions

Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and boucan glaze. Serve with crackers.
