Ingredients

• 6- 8 Chicken Breasts or pieces of choice
• 1-2 cups Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of Curry or Giner
• 1 cup Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze

Directions

Marinate 6-8 chicken breasts in pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of oil, seasoned with curry or ginger for 2 hours or overnight. Place chicken on grill, basting with Captain Rodney’s Boucan Glaze, and cook till done.
